Vicente Lobos is an experienced soccer coach with 10 years of coaching experience, working with players across the U9, U11, and U12 age groups. He has coached with Marasant FC South Florida, Domingueros FC, Universal Soccer AC, Sevilla Soccer Academy USA, and Key Biscayne Soccer Club. His coaching education also includes Barça Universitas and Barça Coach Academy.
Throughout his coaching career, Vicente has led teams to several competitive achievements, including championships at the Miami Classic and Clash of Champions, as well as finalist finishes at the Clash of Champions and Dreams Cup. His coaching philosophy focuses on developing players both on and off the field, helping young athletes improve their technical skills, confidence, decision-making, and understanding of the game while building competitive teams with discipline and a strong culture.
Before coaching, Vicente played soccer for 30 years and reached the professional level. He developed through youth academies in Chile, including Barrabases FC and Deportivo Aviación, before playing for Colo-Colo at the U17, U18, and U19 levels. He later joined Cobresal at the U20 level and progressed to the professional first team, competing in the Chilean First Division. His playing career also included Club Interlineal Argentino in Argentina and international soccer experiences throughout South America and Europe.
Fun Fact: Soccer has taken him from playing in Chile to traveling throughout South America and Europe, and eventually to coaching the next generation of players in the United States.
Favorite Soccer Memory: Making his professional debut with Cobresal, wearing the Colo-Colo jersey for the club he grew up loving, and traveling the world through soccer.
