Santiago Fayad is an experienced soccer coach with 12 years of coaching experience, working with players from U8 through the professional level. He has coached with Deportivo Cali and América de Cali in Colombia, as well as Doral Soccer Club.
Santiago’s coaching philosophy is centered on making a positive impact on his players’ lives, both as athletes and as people. He believes coaching goes beyond winning games and developing technical skills, with an emphasis on building confidence, discipline, resilience, leadership, and values that players can carry throughout their lives. His philosophy is simple: Train with purpose and lead with heart.
Before coaching, Santiago played soccer for 15 years and reached the professional level, including playing for Deportivo Cali in Colombia. Santiago studied Business Administration.
Fun Fact: He loves to cook.
