Enrique Garcia Iza is an experienced soccer coach with 12 years of coaching experience and a C-level coaching certification through United Soccer Coaches. He has coached U8 and U10 Pre-MLS players and spent nine years coaching with KB.

Enrique is motivated by the opportunity to help young players develop their soccer skills, confidence, and love for the game. His coaching philosophy centers on creating a positive and enjoyable environment where players feel supported, learn to work together, and are encouraged to do their best. He focuses on developing fundamental soccer skills, teamwork, positioning, and confidence.

Before coaching, Enrique played soccer for 17 years, reaching the Second Division level in Peru. His playing experience included Cantolao, Ciclista Lima, Universitario, and the Peruvian Navy School. He gained several years of competitive experience in Peru, including with Universitario and the Peruvian Navy School.
