Daniel Daza is an experienced soccer coach with 16 years of coaching experience, working with players from U8 through U19 and older. He has coached with Academia Método Coira in Miami and Club Los Cortijos in Venezuela. Daniel focuses on developing players with patience, respect, and confidence, with a strong emphasis on helping them improve both on and off the field.
Throughout his coaching career, Daniel has achieved significant player-development results, including leading the 2013 Generation team at Academia Método Coira to the #1 national ranking for two consecutive years. He also developed and personally trained four academy players who were scouted and selected by Inter Miami CF.
Before coaching, Daniel had 12 years of professional playing experience. His career includes Caracas FC, Estudiantes de Caracas SC, UCV FC, Deportivo Petare FC, Miami United FC, and Baller League USA. He made his professional debut at age 17 and competed at the First and Second Division levels in Venezuela. His playing accomplishments also include US Open Cup appearances, UPSL Conference Championships, and a national runner-up finish with Miami United.
