Tropical Storm Nicole Update and Veteran’s Day Observance
Dear Team Managers, Parents and Coaches,
Miami-Dade County and Key Biscayne are under a Tropical Storm watch with subtropical storm Nicole. We expect severe flooding throughout Key Biscayne area. Here is the most recent advisory link for Key Biscayne:
KBSC will be monitoring the conditions throughout the day to determine if practices will be held today. If the storm continues to follow the path toward the coast, we expect it to affect our practice schedules for Wednesday and Thursday. Most probably, we will cancel practices for both days.
On Friday, we will observe the Veteran’s Day holiday and we will not have practices. Therefore, stay in touch with your coaches in your respective team chats for news updates.
